All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed, the details provided by the customer, including the delivery address, date, and any personalised requirements, are the customer's responsibility.

Please check all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled unless we receive at least 6 days' notice before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations requested with less than 6 days' notice will not be accepted.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the bouquet has already been made, we will not be responsible for replacing the bouquet or issuing a refund where the order cannot be delivered due to the incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Please carefully check your delivery details before placing your order.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Our bouquets may be prepared specifically for each order. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot guarantee that changes requested after an order has been placed can be accommodated.

6. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and dispatch orders according to the information provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

7. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and up to date.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Changes to Orders

If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service when necessary. Any updated terms will apply to orders placed after the updated terms have been published.
