Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless we receive at least 6 days' notice before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders cancelled with less than 6 days' notice cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and your bouquet has already been made, we are unable to provide a replacement bouquet or issue a refund, including where the incorrect address results in the bouquet not being delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for errors in the delivery information provided by the customer.

No Refunds

All orders are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds.
